At Polish Pickup, we want you to love your limited-edition beauty finds, but due to the custom nature of our monthly pre-orders, we can only accept returns on damaged or defective items. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.
Inspect Your Haul
Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect your nail polishes and beauty products for any leaks, breakage, or manufacturing defects.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items to initiate a replacement or refund request.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if a physical return of the defective product is required.
Resolution
Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement if stock for that specific month's shop is still available.
