How does the monthly shop work?
Polish Pickup is a monthly pop-up shop. We open on the first Friday of every month at 11 AM EST and close the following Monday at 11:59 PM EST. Each month features a unique theme and limited-edition products.
When will my order ship?
Because we are a pre-order shop, shipping typically begins 3 to 4 weeks after the sale window closes. This allows our makers time to handcraft your items and ship them to our central hub for distribution.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Yes! If you place multiple orders during the same shopping weekend, our system will automatically combine them and refund the excess shipping costs to your original payment method.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.
What is your return policy?
Due to the limited-edition and artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or leaked, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are the nail polishes 5-free?
While each maker has their own unique formula, the vast majority of our contributors offer 5-free, 10-free, and vegan-friendly products. Specific ingredient information can be found on individual product listings.
